Here's how to make the perfect vegan #pancakes!Whether it's the traditional lemon and sugar or maple syrup… You are going to love these #vegan pancakes! YOU'LL NEED:-450ml Soya Milk (or other plant-based milk)-1 Tablespoon Olive Oil-200g Plain Flour -3 Tablespoons Caster Sugar -1 Teaspoon Baking PowderHOW TO:1. Sift the dry ingredients (flour, sugar and baking powder) into a large bowl.2. Add the Olive Oil and small amount of milk.3. Start to combine with a whisk. It'll be very thick and lumpy at first.4. Gradually add the milk very slowly, whilst whisking, to form a batter.5. On a high heat, add a small amount of Oil to a medium-size, flat, frying pan.6. When hot, turn the heat to medium and pour enough batter to make a thin layer tipping the pan side-to-side to allow the batter to spread.7. After 40-60 seconds, use a pan slice to stop the edges of the pancake sticking.8. When cooked (60-120 seconds), FLIP!9. Allow another 60-120 seconds. 10.
